To make your Foie Gras and vegetable mini-wraps, first peel a carrot, then cut it lengthways, cut a slice of courgette without peeling it.
Steam these vegetable slices, taking care to keep them crisp.
Cut your vegetables into thin strips and place them on your wrap. Garnish the wrap with the semi-cooked Foie Gras and roll it up.
For an extra-indulgent touch, you can also add honey to the edge of the wrap! Leave the whole thing to rest in the fridge for an hour and then make little bites that are perfect for creating ultra-indulgent appetizers!
